Being the daughter of a hotelier, my family and I lived in many different countries. I grew up with a love for different cultures, languages and travel and a fascination of hotels, which has led to a 15-year career in hospitality all over the world.

After studying International Business in London and returning to my hometown of Hong Kong for my first job, I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps and join the wonderful world of hospitality.

I started my career in Sales with The Peninsula Hotels in Beijing and Shanghai, looking after all international markets and Key Accounts for the various segments.

After 7 years in China, I decided to move to Europe to gain some new experiences and was lucky to join the pre-opening Sales team of the Mandarin Oriental, Milan, where I then worked for over 8 years, looking after a large portion of its main markets.

 My journey has now led me to our family company, RMC International, where I look forward to starting a new chapter.

My motto is: “Be open to new beginnings.”

Travelling was and is my passion. After exciting positions in Africa, the Middle East and Asia, I finally returned to Europe, where I co-founden RMC International in 2003. My professional know-how from tourism marketing to conference, event and trade fair organisation combines fantastically with my intercultural know-how, acquired during my many years abroad in various countries.
